Denning Photography ("we", "us", "our") is a photography business based in Connemara, Ireland, operated by Jordan Denning.

It doesn't cover any third-party sites we link to.

Photographs from a session you've booked, and — for event/sports photography — images that may incidentally include you if you attended a public event we photographed (e.g. a Galway United match)

We use your data only for the purpose we collected it for, or a closely related one, and we never sell it.
5. Photographs of you
Some of our work — particularly matchday and event photography — is taken in public settings where people may be incidentally photographed. We rely on legitimate interests to take and publish these images as part of our sports and event photography.
If you're a commissioned client, we'll agree separately how your images may be used (portfolio, marketing, social media), and you're welcome to ask us not to use a particular image publicly.
If you appear in a photo we've published and have concerns, contact us at jdenningwork@gmail.com and we'll consider your request promptly.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it (for example, via Google Analytics). Where required by law, we'll ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
